1. General terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of the Vivapen-shop online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (ZVPot-UPB2), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1) and are in accordance with the applicable Slovenian legislation. The general terms and conditions address the operation of the online store, user rights and obligations and the business relationship between the seller and the buyer. The Vivapen-shop online store is operated by Vivapen d.o.o., Gaji 41, 3000 Celje, Slovenia

The buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions, which are effective at the time of the purchase (online order). When the user submits the order, he/she is acquainted with general business terms and conditions, and he/she confirms to be familiar with the general terms and conditions by submitting the order.

2. Prices

All prices in the online store are listed in euros (EUR), include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Prices and discounts are valid at the time of submitting the order. The validity period of promotional offers may be limited in time and is specially marked in a visible place in our online store. Promotional discounts, promotional codes, etc. as a rule do not add up. The discount on each item and the promotional code add up.

Despite the extraordinary effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may happen that the price data is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the item changes when the order is being processed, the seller will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

4.  How quickly do I receive ordered products?

We will do our best to send you the ordered products as soon as possible, but no later than 10 working days from the order for delivery in Slovenia and no later than 21 working days for delivery in the EU and worldwide. On average, products are delivered from 1 to 3 days in Slovenia and from 3 to 7 days in the EU and up to 14 days worldwide.

In addition, you will get an e-mail regarding the confirmation of your order.


Shipments are delivered by GLS or DHL (depending on location).
Postal charges:

  • Slovenia 7 €
  • EU 15 €
  • Worldwide 25 €

Delivery is free of charge for orders in Slovenia above 50 €.
We reserve the right to choose another delivery service.

6.   Payment methods:

The online store allows the following payment methods:

  • with Debit card
  • with PayPal
  • by bank transfer

7. What options do I have if I want to return the goods if the product does not suit me?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of the day of acceptance of the package. The product must be undamaged.


The cost of returning the goods shall be paid by the buyer.

Products with normal wear or damage due to improper use or accident cannot be returned.


We will process your request as soon as we receive your package or no later than 7 days after receiving the package. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days from the time we process your refund. The purchase price will be returned to the account from which we received the payment. If the payment was made with a credit or debit card, the purchase price is returned exclusively to the card with which the purchase was made. Refund processing depends on the bank and its operating times


It is not possible to change products, if you want another product, you need to make another purchase.

8. Is my personal data protected?

Your personal data that you provide to us is carefully protected and cannot be accessed by any third party. If you provide us with any personal data on the online store, we will respect your privacy. Our data protection policy is as follows:

  • Your provided personal data will be processed, used, and stored for the purpose of processing and executing your order. If necessary, your data will also be passed on to affiliated companies and/or our service partners, who will process and use it for the purpose of executing the order.
  • Data about our customers is stored on secure servers to which only authorised persons have access.
  • We never rent, sell, or allow data about our users to be used by any third party.

9.  Limitation of liability 

The Vivapen -shop online store does its best to ensure that the data published on its websites is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the properties of the articles, the delivery period or the price may change so quickly that the online store fails to correct the data on the web pages. In such a case, the online store will notify the buyer of the changes and allow him/her to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.

The Vivapen-shop online store can withdraw from the contract only if an obvious error is found (Article 46 of the OZ). An obvious error is an error in the essential characteristics of the item and all errors that are considered decisive according to the customers of the store and which the online store would not confirm or conclude the contract if such errors occur. This also includes obvious price errors.
